Muslim girl killed by her family members for forming friendship with a Non-Muslim boy

A young girl is publicly subjected to physical assault by her father and brother in the bustling marketplace.  video is gaining significant traction on social media, depicting an incident in which a female student is subjected to physical violence. Actually, the young girl was engaged in a relationship with a young boy from a non-community, and her family members eventually became aware of the situation.

This case is of Amethi in Uttar Pradesh. Her family members tried to persuade her, but when she refused, they beat her up in the market on August 4. The girl passed away inexplicably the next day, on August 5.  An individual recorded an incident involving the physical assault of a girl and proceeded to share the video widely across various social media platforms, causing it to gain significant attention and circulation. And also informed the police about this matter. While the relatives of the girl buried the dead body of the girl without informing the police.

After the video went viral, the victim and her family members were called to the police station. She wasn’t ready to go with her parents. The police pacified the girl and her family members and sent them back home. Meanwhile, on reaching home, the police got information that the girl had died under suspicious circumstances. The police were informed by the relatives that her health had deteriorated, leading to her interment in the cemetery.

The girl was a student of Class 12 of Inter College. The video of the assault of the girl started becoming quite viral on Twitter. The police took that video into cognizance and registered a case under 304 against the father of the deceased girl and her brother Haider Ali, seeing the matter as suspicious.

The police requested permission from the District Magistrate of Amethi to exhume the girl’s body for a necessary post-mortem as part of the investigation. Upon receiving approval, a team including the Deputy District Officer, the police station chief, medical personnel, and forensic experts visited the village. They recorded the exhumation process on video before conducting the post-mortem examination.
