Green vegetables are beneficial for health and everyone often eats green and fresh vegetables. But do you know that chemicals are being used in these green vegetables? Finding truly chemical-free green vegetables in the market can be quite challenging. People often buy it in the name of freshness, but they do not know that they are consuming chemicals and not fresh green vegetables.

The use of chemicals helps in making the vegetables stale instead of fresh, but it can be harmful to people’s health. Many of these chemicals are such that they can cause serious diseases like cancer. Often vegetable sellers use a chemical called malachite green to make their vegetables green and shiny. This chemical is mostly used in frozen green peas.

Whenever you buy any green vegetable, there is a liquid called Liquid Paraffin in it, you have to take it with the help of a cotton ball and rub that vegetable with cotton. If the cotton ball turns green after rubbing, then understand that chemicals have been used in it.
