FIR filed against Elvish Yadav, he allegedly used snake poison, foreign girls at raves

The rave party was reportedly organized by social media sensation Elvish Yadav. The five arrested have told the police that these parties were organized at various farmhouses in and around Delhi and that Elvish Yadav had used snakes to shoot videos for YouTube and Instagram. It is alleged that snake venom was consumed by people attending rave parties, in which foreign nationals were also hosted.

Officials said six people, including Elvish Yadav, have been named in the first information report or FIR. “Five of the six accused have been taken into custody, however, Elvish Yadav has not been arrested yet,” he said. Nine snakes, including five cobras, and snake venom were recovered from the accused, officials said, adding that the snakes have been handed over to the forest department.

Ms Gandhi has called for the immediate arrest of Elvish Yadav. He said, “Elvish Yadav should be arrested immediately. This is a Grade-1 crime – meaning seven years in jail. The PFA laid a trap and caught these people. He used to use endangered species of snakes in his videos. Is.”

Denying the allegations, Elvish Yadav claimed that all the allegations are fake and he is ready to cooperate with the police in this investigation. “When I woke up in the morning I saw the news that I had been arrested and was caught with drugs. All these news and allegations against me are fake,” he said in a video on social media.
