Mohsin started a business with a Girl, later he was caught on CCTV dragging her by hair

A viral video from Ahmedabad shows a disturbing incident where a young man brutally assaults a girl, even dragging her by her hair. The incident, captured by a CCTV camera, has elicited a strong emotional response from viewers, provoking anger and outrage. The intensity of the violence inflicted upon the woman is so severe that she appears powerless to defend herself.

According to online sources, this incident occurred on September 25. The shocking video is from Galaxy Spa in Ahmedabad and the accused has been identified as Moshin. In the viral video, two people are standing and watching the entire incident. Later, a third man tries to stop the accused who in turn pushes the man and then beats the woman.

The woman didn’t immediately file a complaint against Mohsin after the incident. Bodakdev police, along with a social worker, reached out to her, offering counseling. Though hesitant initially, she eventually agreed to file a complaint due to their counseling efforts. She thanked both the police and the media for their support.

The victim said that she was a partner with Mohsin in this ladies’ salon and there was a fight between the two over scolding a girl and there was a loss of Rs 4,000 to Rs 5,000. Mohsin got angry at this and protested against it. The victim woman asked him why he was taking that girl’s side and what was his relationship with the girl for whom he was so angry. After this, he became angry and started beating the victim.

The victim further says, “I was about to dial the number ‘100’ to call the police, but he snatched my mobile phone. The battery of the phone got low and the phone switched off. I ran away from there and came to the road. Mohsin apologized and I forgave him, so I did not go to the police station. After the video went viral, the police came to know about it. Today I was continuously receiving calls. Even today I was not ready to lodge an FIR, but everyone told me that this has happened to me today and it should not happen to anyone else tomorrow.

Even though I am from the North East, everyone has supported me. The police are standing behind me and so is the media. The victim woman said I am feeling good and thank everyone. On the complaint of the victim, Bodakdev police have registered a case against a person named Mohsin under sections 354A, 294(B), 323 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).
