It is said that helping the needy is equal to worshipping the Almighty. The hands that help are better than the hands that pray. This is indeed true because serving the mankind is the biggest present you can give to God.
2020 has been the most difficult year because of the pandemic crisis that had outburst across the globe. The lockdown had been forged upon the country due to the Coronavirus crisis and people are forced to stay inside their homes until further notice. Because of this, everyone is facing the problem of food scarcity, ration, etc.
However, the most affected sections of the society during this lockdown are the poor and weaker sections such as the daily wage workers who are unable to earn their daily bread and fulfill their basic necessities. These workers are even stuck at their workplace unable to go home and meet their families. Even though the government is trying to help all of them, however, it is essential that more helping hands come forward.
One such NGO who is selflessly helping these daily wage workers and serving the mankind is ‘Being Social’. This Non-governmental organisation – ‘Being Social – एक नई शुरुआत’ is reaching out to the needy with supplies of food and water. In this crisis, the earnings of the daily wage workers have stopped and they are facing problems in getting food and also do not have any money and ration.
Mr. Ashish and the whole team of ‘Being Social’ are reaching out to these workers in almost every part of the country to help them in this situation. The team has been continuously working to provide them ration and food packets along with the essential items like milk , medicines, etc.
The team has till now served in the cities such as Pune, Mumbai, Palghar, Ghaziabad, Noida, Bihar, Bangalore, Nepal and Delhi. They are travelling to remote areas of the country and helping the people whenever they can.
