Meet Bihar’s Advocate Sudhir Ojha, he’s filed 745 PILs and 480 cases against Indian celebrities

A lawyer is someone who fights for justice and leaves no stone unturned to protect his client’s rights. Today we are going to talk about such a great lawyer who always dreamt of complete freedom. Who attempted to drag multiple celebrities to court be it legend Amitabh Bachchan, Shahrukh Khan, Salman Khan, Aishwarya Rai, Sonakshi Sinha, Anna Hazare (social activist),  Nirmal Baba (Spiritual Leader), and many others. He is none other than Sudhir Kumar Ojha, a well-known lawyer in India. He deserves special appreciation. Sudhir Ojha is said to have filed 745 PILs since he started practicing law in 1996.

He is one of the most reputed advocates India has ever seen. Many people are jealous of him, they say that Sudhir just wants to earn fame but it does not make any difference to Sudhir Ojha what people think about him, he fulfills his duty. Ojha believes that if you do good work, then automatically, you will get publicity. He says that it makes him feel happy when he does something for the well being of society and common people are always benefited from this.

Ojha has been practicing law in Muzaffarpur court since 1996, because of his supreme belief in the Indian Constitution. Earlier, he went to New Delhi in search of a job but after not getting any job there, he started his own business. Later, he quit business as he wanted to serve common people through law. His dedication led him to become one of the greatest lawyers

Several cases have been filed by the lawyer so far. Lawyer Ojha once filed a sedition case against 49 noted celebrities for writing an open letter to Prime Minister Narendra Modi over rising incidents of mob lynching. 

It is said that he sued seven people for the song “Mere photo ko seene se yaar, chipkale saiyaan Fevicol se” from Dabangg 2 film. The case was filed against Salman Khan, Kareena Kapoor, Sonakshi Sinha, Arbaaz Khan.

Earlier, Ojha had filed a case against 7 people including Shah Rukh Khan, Karan Johar, Gauri Khan for allegedly hurting religious sentiments by referring to Radha as ‘sexy’ in a song in the film Student of the Year.

He filed a case against Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh and Congress President Sonia Gandhi in 2007 for making a statement about the famous Ram Setu. The matter is currently in the district court.

Sudhir Kumar also filed a case against two senior executives of Nestlé India and three Bollywood celebrities with the district court of Muzaffarpur, making it 503rd case—in 20 years. The case was filed because the company was promoting Maggi as healthy, quality food, but they were selling poison because Ojha and his family members fell ill after eating the noodles. 

He filed a criminal case against Nestle’s managing director Mohan Gupta and the joint managing director Shabab Alam, and actors who have appeared in Maggi ads: Amitabh Bachchan, Preity Zinta, and Madhuri Dixit.
