CRPF Jawan rescues boy caught between platform and moving Train

Life is unpredictable. In a world where accidents occur time and time again, it teaches us to be careful outdoors. It takes little less than a second for those less unfortunate ones to draw their last breath at the time of an accident.

As per official data from the Indian Railways, nearly 50,000 people have lost their lives between 2015 and 2017 on railway tracks after being hit by trains. Sometimes, miracles do happen and here is one incident which will take everyone by shock.

If it not for CRPF officer’s quick-thinking, the teenage boy who got struck between railway platform and moving train would have been crushed to death.

It all happened when teenager precariously deboarding a moving train accidentally slipped and fell in between the platform and the train.

The accident happened in Maharashtra’s Gondia station and a snapshot from the surveillance camera is doing the rounds on the internet. While the teen was being pulled along the platform, the CRPF jawan came to his rescue and then dragged him to the comfort zone.

After two crucial attempts, jawan finally manages to rescue the boy who escapes with minor injuries.

People have been alerted time and again about the major risks involved in boarding and deboarding a moving train. But there are some who don’t bat an eye on safety instructions.
