Technology is one of the basic mediums to connect these days and communication is becoming very convenient. For example- Social media. It allows us to interact with people from different fields and parts of the world. The best part is we become friends easily with new people.
Social media platforms have helped celebrities gain massive popularity that too in a short span of time. On the dark side, there are some people who intentionally stoop to their lowest level to abuse or troll celebrities.
Celebrities have faced terrible experiences. We can’t expect to change things overnight, we have to do it brick by brick and results can be expected only in the long run.
But for the betterment of the country, it’s imperative we start teaching the kids of this generation to move in the right direction, a way which has no religious, cultural, racial or gender barriers, a way which highlights the importance of equality and a way which would take us to our desired destination, an “Incredible India”.
Troll calls Genelia ‘cheap, vulgar aunty always overacting’
Meanwhile, Bollywood actress Genelia D’Souza and Riteish Deshmukh were the latest celebrities to feature on “Arbaaz Khan’s talk show ‘Pinch'” where actors experience the wrath of vicious comments by online trolls.
In the episode, a user said, “Besharam, cheap, vulgar aunty always overacting. Doesn’t suit your age and face especially when you’re married and got two kids dadi amma. Even kids will be shocked and embarrassed by all your overacting. They’ll be like, ‘Even we don’t act anything like this’.”
Meanwhile, she retorted by adding that she doesn’t reckon that the troll was having a good day at home when he wrote this remark. She further added that she hoped he was ‘well’. This left both Riteish and Arbaaz Khan in stitches.
