Concerns are being raised about the credibility and accountability of authorized service centers, after a shocking incident came to light at Shivam Honda Service Center in Bagdona, located in the Betul district of Madhya Pradesh.
Local resident Ashish Singh reported that he had sent his Honda Activa for servicing due to a technical issue. While the service center had the vehicle picked up from his home, what was returned left him stunned.
“The right side of the bike had deep scratches, as if it had been dragged on the road. This isn’t just negligence—it’s a mockery of customer trust,” said a visibly upset Ashish Singh.
Singh recorded a video of the damaged vehicle and has submitted it along with a formal complaint to Honda Customer Care. He alleged that no compensation or repair has been offered so far for the damage caused.

He expressed disappointment, saying he did not expect such irresponsible behavior from a brand as reputed as Honda. Singh has demanded that the company take strict action against the responsible service center and ensure free repairs of his damaged vehicle.
This incident has reignited concerns about the accountability of authorized service centers, which are meant to represent quality and reliability. Consumers are being urged to stay vigilant and speak up for their rights when faced with negligence or mistreatment.
