Mohammad Dildar traps 14 yr old Hindu minor girl for marriage, mother asks for justice

A shocking case has come to light from Ajmer, Rajasthan, which has shaken the social and religious consciousness. A 14-year-old Hindu minor girl, who studies in class 10th, was trapped by 28-year-old Mohammad Dildar. It is being said that Mohammad Dildar works as a barber, and he brainwashed the girl and incited her to marry him.

According to sources, on the complaint of the parents, a case has been registered against the accused under various sections, including the POCSO Act. The accused intimidated the parents of the minor girl and got a stamp written for consent to the marriage. There is no case of rape of the minor, but the minor girl was brainwashed and incited to marry.

In the Nikah agreement document on the stamp, the age of the boy was found to be 28 years, and the age of the girl was 14 years. The minor’s mother said that the daughter has threatened her with suicide. Due to pressure, she came to the collectorate to write her consent on the stamp. The mother of the minor girl says that the accused is a resident of Muzaffarnagar in UP. The police investigation is on.

The parents of the minor are in a divorce dispute. The girl lives with her mother; the accused and her daughter were in contact for several months. The girl started pressuring the young man to give consent for marriage. The mother of the minor said that she wants her daughter to study and move forward in life. The accused, Mohammad Dildar, works as a barber.

The mother immediately sought help from Hindu organizations and tried to bring the whole matter to the fore. Now the mother of the victim is pleading for justice and demanding strict action against the accused. The mother of the victim has clearly said that her daughter is still a child, and making her a victim in this way at this age is not only against the law but also against humanity. She has appealed to the court and the administration to take strict legal action against Mohammad Dildar so that no other girl becomes a victim of such brainwashing.
