CEO Mayank Agarwal wrote in a post on LinkedIn that when he ordered food from Swiggy, a delivery partner named Pankaj brought it. When he came down from his building to take the order, he saw that a cute little girl was also sitting on the bike with the delivery boy.
When Mayank talked to Pankaj (the delivery boy), he learned that he brings his 2-year-old daughter along at the time of delivery because no one is home to take care of her. His mother died at the time of delivery, and his elder brother goes to evening classes for studies.
Hearing this, Mayank gets very emotional and writes that ‘Pankaj is fulfilling his responsibilities without any complaint. He neither asked for help from anyone nor cried about his condition.
