Explaining S400 defense system that has destroyed hundreds of missiles and drones coming from Pakistan

After the successful Sindoor operation, Pakistan attacked Jammu and fired hundreds of missiles and drones on Pathankot and surrounding areas. India destroyed all the missiles fired in the air by the S-400 Sudarshan Chakra air defense missile system. Let us know what S-400 is, which the Indian Army has named ‘Sudarshan Chakra.’

S-400 ‘Sudarshan Chakra’ Destroys All Missiles and Drones in the Air

According to sources, S-400 is a powerful missile defense system that has been developed by Russia. This system makes India’s air security very strong; it provides security at many levels and can destroy air targets up to 400 to 600 kilometers away. India purchased it in the year 2018 at a cost of about $ 5 billion. It can be deployed anywhere as per the need.

S-400 Sudarshan Chakra has four types of missiles, which can easily target enemy aircraft, missiles, or drones flying at different ranges and altitudes. This system can track targets up to 600 kilometers away. It can keep an eye on 80 air targets simultaneously. It gets ready for firing in just 3 minutes. It can launch 72 missiles simultaneously. Stealth fighter, drone, ballistic missile – nothing can escape it.

With the help of the S-400 Sudarshan Chakra, it does not take long for the enemy to get revenge. All its 4 different types of missiles attack based on the distance and height of the target. It has two high-power radar systems, which can detect any air activity hundreds of kilometers away. Pakistan sent drones and missiles towards the Indian border, which were tracked and destroyed in the air by S-400 before they entered Indian airspace.

Sources claimed that the S-400 Sudarshan Chakra system has been specially deployed in sensitive areas of Jammu and Kashmir and Punjab so that a befitting reply can be given immediately to any action of Pakistan. Immediately after the Pakistan attack, a blackout was imposed in Jammu, Pathankot, and surrounding areas. India is continuously giving a befitting reply to Pakistan.
