Iran targets Israel with 100 ballistic missiles. To exact revenge for the death of Hezbollah chief Hassan Nasrallah, ballistic missiles were launched. The opposing Middle Eastern countries’ warfare, which up until now has mostly been conducted through proxies, has escalated with the deployment of missiles. This is Iran’s second direct attack on Israel in about six months.
According to other sources, a spokesman for the Israel Defense Forces said several missiles were intercepted, but many were also fired at the southern and central parts of the country. The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps targeted “important security and military sites” and threatened “more devastating attacks” if Israel responded.
