Ashish Vidhyarthi ties the knot with Rupali Barua, KRK posts a cryptic tweet

Ashish Vidhyarthi is a popular Indian film actor who predominantly works in Hindi, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, and Tamil cinema. For the record, he announced his arrival in the film industry in the 1990 Malayalam movie named In Harihar Nagar.

Since then, he gained recognition for his terrific performance as a villain in the 1994 Tamil film “Kuruthipunal.” Notably, he featured as a villain in Telugu and Tamil movies and drew plaudits for his acting abilities.

His top films in his career include the likes of “Dushman” (1998), “Sarkar” (2005), “Villain” (2017), and “Thugs of Hindostan” (2018). He has acted alongside some of the biggest names in the Indian film industry and has portrayed both positive and negative characters throughout his career.

It is worth noting that he received many accolades for his performances, including the National Film Award for Best Supporting Actor for his role in the film “Drohkaal” (1995). Besides that, he has also won multiple Filmfare Awards and other regional awards for his outstanding contributions to Indian cinema.

Not many know that he has also appeared in television shows and has lent his voice to various dubbing projects. Meanwhile, the veteran actor tied the knot with Assam’s Rupali Barua in an intimate ceremony on Thursday, May 25. The actor found love again in Rupali.

Ashish and Rupali had a registry marriage as family and close friends marked their presence. The wedding was a perfect mix of two cultures.

“At this stage of my life, getting married to Rupali is an extraordinary feeling. We had a court marriage in the morning, followed by a get-together in the evening,” said Ashish.
