Ashneer Grover is the co-founder/ managing director at BharatPe, an Indian-based electronic payment app. After completing his MBA, he worked as the vice president in Kotak Financing Bank till 2013, when he left to take up the position of the Director of Corporate Development at American Express.
He left American Express in 2015 to work as the Chief Financial Officer of Grofers till 2017 when he left to join PC Jeweller Limited. It was only after 2018 that he became a business owner.
Ashneer Grover was replaced by Amit Jain in Shark Tank India season 2. Meanwhile, speaking about his absence from Shark Tank India season 2, Ashneer Grover said that he doesn’t even track what was actually happening on Shark Tank India season.
Ashneer Grover Liked Mouni Roy’s Bikini pic, Wifey taught him a lesson
Meanwhile, Ashneer Grover echoed that he is literally scared of his wife Madhuri Jain and recalled a time she got really upset after the former Shark Tank India judge liked a picture of Mouni Roy in a bikini on Instagram.
Later, he shared that he unfollowed the actor including other female celebrities on Instagram. The couple spoke about their love story and their life together in a recent interview. Ashneer and Madhuri added that they joked about the incident later.
Recalling a recent incident, Ashneer added, “I get very scared. One day, I liked a photo of Mouni Roy. I follow very few people on Instagram, around 60 people. In that, I was following Mouni Roy too. Mouni Roy ne bikini me ek photo dali (She put up a bikini pic). I liked it.” His wife Madhuri interjected and asked, “Yeh like karna banta hai (Is this worth liking)?”
Amrita cited that Ashneer said that he used to follow Mouni. Ashneer added, “I came home and she was sitting there angry. I didn’t know what I did. Maine toh kuch bhi nahi kiya (I didn’t do anything).” “She’s in a bikini, why did you like it?”
