Ankit Gupta is a popular Indian actor who is best-known for plying his trade in Hindi television. Moreover, he is best known for his role breakthrough role Fateh Singh Virk in Colors TV’s Udaariyaan.

The 34-year-old Meerut-born made his acting debut in 2012, as Dr. Abhishek Kumar in Colors TV series Balika Vadhu. In the same year, he was seen as Nalender Yadav in the Hindi film Tutiya Dil. In the year 2014, he rose to fame portraying Parth Kashyap in Channel V India’s show Sadda Haq.
Moreover, he was seen playing repeated roles in Begusarai as Garv Thakur, Kuch Rang Pyar Ke Aise Bhi as Jatin Roy, Mayavi Maling as Chegu and Kundali Bhagya as Pawan Malhotra.
The veteran actor has also been part of the web series Illegal – Justice, Out of Order, Bekaboo 2, and Main Hero Boll Raha Hu. Ever since February 2023, Gupta is seen playing Jahaan, a musician, in Colors TV’s romantic musical drama Junooniyatt.

During a recent interview, Ankit Gupta was asked about this equation with Priyanka Chahar when the former reportedly lost his cool and slammed the journalist. “I want to say one thing, this is my and Priyanka’s relationship, and leave it to us, we will figure it out,” he told Pinkvilla.
Earlier, in an exclusive interview with News18 Showsha, Ankit said, they are just friends and claimed that even the makers of Bigg Boss 16 wanted him and Priyanka to play as a couple.
“They wanted us to play together, as a couple but it was not possible either for me or for Priyanka. We are good friends. Our bond is very special. It was not possible for us to present our bond as a love story for a game. Yes, we also feel that they wanted us to play as a couple which did not happen,” he told us.
