Rohit Sharma expresses his eagerness to be Pakistan’s Coach in press conference

Indian skipper Rohit Sharma is ready to help Pakistan cricket if he becomes their coach! We are surprised as well. His old interview has been doing the rounds on social media.

The video has been widely circulated on social media during Pakistan’s dismal run in ICC World Cup 2019. During a press conference, Rohit Sharma was asked to suggest tips to Pakistan batsmen in the crisis.

The 35-year-old gave a savage reply to the journalist which left everyone in splits. “As a colleague what would you suggest to Pakistan batsmen? How they can come out from this crisis?” the journalist asked.

Rohit’s response initiated a burst of instant laughter across the room as he said, “Agar main Pakistan ka coach bana toh main aapko bilkul bataunga, abhi kya bataunga (It roughly translates to: If I ever become Pakistan’s coach, I’ll definitely let you know)”.

Rohit Sharma is one of the best cricketers in the world. He is also the most successful captain in the history of the Indian Premier League as he led Mumbai Indians to five titles. More importantly, he is also the most successful player in terms of most titles won as a player.

He has won six titles as a player. For the uninitiated, Rohit Sharma was part of the Deccan Chargers franchise (now-defunct) that won the first title in the IPL 2008 season. Deccan Chargers defeated Royal Challengers Bangalore to win their maiden title.

Currently, Rohit Sharma is the captain of the Indian cricket team across all three formats. Recently, Rohit Sharma and Co scripted a 2-1 series win over Australia in the three-match T20I series. They also drew plaudits for his impeccable performance.
