Rinku Sharma was dragged out, lynched in most painful way, But Not a single liberal spoke a word

Recently, the assassination of Rinku Sharma took the nation by shock as he was murdered in a brutal and barbaric manner, which reminds us of the killing of IB officer Ankit Sharma during the Delhi riots. This is truly unacceptable by any means and this needs to stop.

The 25-year-old man from New Delhi was brutally murdered by a Muslim mob on the night of 10 February, but not a single Liberal said a word. The incident took place on Wednesday night after the accused allegedly got involved in an argument with Rinku Sharma over their eatery business, which was shut due to huge losses.

On Thursday, the police arrested four of the five accused, identified as Nashruddin, Islam, Mehtab, Jahid and Tajuddin. The fifth person was taken into custody on Friday. On the day of the incident, the five men had gone to the victim’s house after the birthday party and stabbed him with a knife. Sharma was taken to a hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries, according to the police.

Sharma’s mother Radha said, “We have known their family and were friends. But six months ago, there was some fight over money; I don’t know much. I want justice for my child; the accused should be hanged. I am not against the community, only their family.”

There is peculiar silence among the liberal lobby and the self declared intellectuals of the nation. Bollywood actors Naseeruddin Shah, Aamir Khan, and Javed Akhtar stayed mum on the demise of Rinku Sharma. These actors have expressed their views on intolerance in India. They have said that they feel a sense of insecurity in the country. Even as Naseeruddin Shah who is known to speak his mind, once said that he fears for his children in India. Now, where is the fear of Naseeruddin Shah and Javed Akhtar when a young man is brutally killed by the mob.

Where was the fear of these actors when the 1984 anti-Sikh riots, the 1993 Mumbai blasts and the 26/11 attacks happened.

Naseeruddin Shah, Aamir Khan, and Javed Akhtar should not forget when 39 Indians were killed mercilessly after being kidnapped by ISIS in Iraq. One terrorist group kidnapped citizens of India and Bangladesh and later released the Bangladeshis based on their religion. The remaining 39 Indians were killed. Didn’t Shah, Khan, and Akhtar feel angry then? Didn’t they feel scared when signing on the mercy petition for terrorist Yakub Memon.

Naseeruddin Shah who shows sorrow and compassion for terrorism did not express his sorrow and condolences to Rinku Sharma and his family. Now, he is not worried about his children when a youth is attacked by a Muslim mob.

Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan once said he also felt a sense of insecurity here. He went on to say that his wife Kiran Rao even suggested him to leave the country. Now, Aamir Khan and his wife do not get scared of intolerance when Rinku Sharma is killed in broad daylight by an angry mob in Delhi.

Rinku Sharma’s brother Manu Sharma told the news channel that the victim was an active Bajrang Dal worker. The family also claimed that the victim was repeatedly threatened in the past few months.

The victim’s brother says that a mob of assailants armed with knives and sticks forced their way in the house on the Wednesday evening.

“Before we could understand what was going on, the mob surrounded us and started asking about my brother,” he said.

Sharma was then dragged outside the house, beaten brutally before being stabbed with a large knife in the back. He succumbed to the injuries in the hospital. Other family members were also assaulted.

Rinku Sharma’s mother claimed her son was shouting the slogan when he was killed, and alleged there were “30 to 40 people with lathi, sticks and knives”. It has been learnt that Rinku Sharma reportedly once donated his own blood to save the life of the wife of one of the accused. Police are still investigating the matter.

Now, Naseeruddin Shah is not afraid of being insecure, Aamir Khan doesn’t want to leave India, Neither do Javed’s hands tremble. It shows that if a Hindu man is lynched by an angry mob, these liberals do not get scared of being insecure in India and they like to keep quiet on such a horrific incident.
