For the 13th straight year, Reliance Industries’ chairman Mukesh Ambani is the richest Indian billionaire. No one in India has come close to his net worth. It’s because of an epic success of his telecom company Reliance Jio, he is enjoying a staggering wealth.

The massive net worth of Mr. Ambani has hiked to $80.6 billion, making him the only Asian tycoon in the exclusive club of the world’s top 5 richest people. The other 3 persons ahead of Mukesh Ambani, owner of Reliance Industries Ltd are Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos, Bill Gates and Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg.

Antilia, which is named after a mythical island in the Atlantic Ocean, is one of the most expensive residential properties in the world and the 4,00,000 sq. ft. building is located on Altamount Road in South Mumbai.

Located in one of the most luxurious residential areas in India, Mumbai’s Altamount Road, the property rates here are a staggering Rs 80,000 to Rs 85,000 per square foot.

It is a staggering 27-storey building but since some ceilings are of double-height, it’s quite closer to the size of a 40-storey building as it is 570 feet high.
