India cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar is the second most admired sportsperson in India while India captain Virat Kohli follows third on the list.

As far as the overall list is concerned, Bill Gates topped the chart in the male list while Michelle Obama bagged the title at a global level among women. When it comes to India, Narendra Modi and six-time boxing world champion Mary Kom make their way to the top.

Bollywood actors Amitabh Bachchan, Shahrukh Khan, and Salman Khan also featured in the top 20 most admired men in the world.
