When Salman accused Aishwarya of cheating on him with Shah Rukh Khan

Salman Khan is often praised as one of the most powerful personalities in Bollywood industry. It is cognisance of the fact that the Dabanng Khan has been godfather to many and is also popular with his NGO “Being Human” community.

It is also believed that the Bhai of Bollywood has been involved in deliberately destroying many musicians and actors’ career. Earlier, Salman Khan gave a controversial statement when asked about his relationship status. “I am a virgin, I will save myself for the one I get hitched to.”

Salman Khan’s failed love life is one of the main reasons why he hasn’t married till date. He was in a very public relationships with actresses namely Sangeeta Bijlani and Somy Ali. His most prominent relationship was with Aishwarya Rai in the year 1999 when they stumbled upon on the sets of Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam.

At that point of time, Salman Khan and Aishwarya Rai were the power couple. Their relationship was allegedly eclipsed by Salman’s violent behaviour and his actions towards Aishwarya under the influence of alcohol.

The relationship came to a close when the actor stormed into the sets of Chalte Chalte and had accused Aishwarya Rai of having an affair with SRK, as he attempted to pull her out of the set. Aishwarya was then replaced by Rani Mukerji in the movie, and Salman was replaced by Vivek Oberoi in Aishwarya’s life as she found ease in her ‘Kyun…..Ho gaya na?” co-star.

After her break up with Bhai of Bollywood, Aishwarya Rai opened up about Salman Khan’s possessive attitude in a magazine interview. According to a report in TOI, Aishwarya had said, “Salman and I broke up, but he isn’t able to come to terms with it. After we broke up, he would call me and talk rubbish.

He also suspected me of having affairs with my co-stars. I was linked up with everyone, from Abhishek Bachchan to Shah Rukh Khan. There were times when Salman got physical with me, luckily without leaving any marks. And I would go to work as if nothing had happened.”
