Who is internet sensation ‘Binod’, Why is he trending? Know everything about Binod.

Those days, when there were no basic internet amenities, people met each other in the close circle but didn’t have the opportunity to see new faces who were elsewhere in the world. Now, coming to the point, YouTube has often acted as the best platform for people to deliver their views and opinions. A decade ago, there were hardly any YouTuber in India but now, the number has been increasing rapidly. Today, YouTube is the most viewed video-sharing platform in India.

Meanwhile, the name ‘Binod’ has gone viral on the internet like wildfire. The latest trend has left most users perplexed, wondering ‘who this viral Binod is’, while others guessed what the ‘real Binod must be feeling’ — the platform is abuzz with sarcastic jokes and hilarious photo captions.

Who is Binod?

Slayy Point is a famous YouTube channel run by Abhyudaya and Gautami recently. They posted a video in which they explored the comments section dubbing it as “garbage”.

In the July 15 video tilted “Why Indian Comments Section is Garbage (BINOD),” they showed their audience the bizarre and crude comments left by YouTube users.  

One of the comments that stood out in their now-viral video was from a certain person Binod Tharu who simply wrote “Binod”. Was he marking his territory? Probably.

The creators presented many funny situations asking all types of questions but the answer was only one: Binod. Soon, this caught the attention of several uses on the internet and it quickly became a trend on the platform. Now, hashtag Binod has become the top trend on Twitter.
