Kannada Actor Susheel Gowda commits Suicide At The Age Of 30, one suicide after another in film industry?

In yet another heart-wrenching incident, Kannada television actor Susheel Gowda has committed suicide on July 8 in his home town in Karnataka’s Mandya.

The country is already going through the shock-wave after the death of Sushant Singh Rajput, a 16-year-old TikTok girl and Crime Patrol actress Preksha Mehta. The death of an actor has now left everyone in shock.

The exact cause of his suicide is yet to be ascertained. The news of her sudden demise has wreaked havoc on social media. His family, friends in the industry have expressed their shock over the actor’s death.

According to a report on The Indian Express, Mandya Superintendent of Police K Parashuram said, “Susheel Gowda took his own life in his house located in Induvalu, Mandya. His mortal remains have been handed over to the family after post-mortem. An investigation is now underway.”

It has been learnt that Susheel Gowda was a TV actor as well as a certified fitness trainer. He had appeared in the serial Anthapura, and he was an aspiring film actor.

Expressing grief, in a social media post, Duniya Vijay said, “looking at him I had though he would become hero one day…” Regretting that he died before the films release, Vijay expressed pain over the plight of his family members.

Another Kannada actor Dhanajaya in a tweet said, “Susheel, dont know what u were going through, but u had a future.You should have waited for good days.#RIP.”

Actor Amita Ranganath, who had shared screen space with Susheel, also took to social media and wrote, “I got the news from my friend. I still can’t believe that he is no more. He was such a sweet and soft hearted person who never loses his cool. It’s been very sad to know that he has left us so early. He had the talent to achieve more in the entertainment industry.” Director of the serial Anthpura, Aravind Koushik on his face book page posted “Sad news I heard . Susheel Gowda who played the lead in the tv serial Antahpura that I directed is no more . Rest in Peace.”
