In a significant development, the Yogi government has announced that meritorious students of class 10 and class 12 board examinations will get a laptop and Rs 1 lakh cash. In addition to this, the government will build roads to houses.

This is an unprecedented decision made by UP CM Yogi Adityanath during the meeting. The announcement was made after the result was declared by UP Deputy Chief Minister Dinesh Sharma.

Speaking at a press conference after declaring the board exam results, Sharma said, “On the instructions of Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. the meritorious students will get Rs 1 lakh cash, a laptop and we will build a road to their houses.”

Top 10 students of 12th and 10th from UP Board will be awarded Cash reward and roads will be constructed to their houses in order to inspire them to further better themselves and focus more on the studies.

Later, CM Yogi congratulated students. He said,”Despite COVID-19 outbreak, UPMSP conducted exams and declared results on time. I congratulate all the children who passed in Class 10 and 12 board exams.
