Nation Witnessed a Historic day, India’s Armed Forces Pay a Rich Tribute to Corona Warriors

Amid the growing crisis of Coronavirus, the first time ever in the history of the nation all three wings of Indian forces came together and carried out a thanksgiving adventure. In an unprecedented move to express deep gratitude to all doctors and healthcare staff who are acting as the frontliners in the fight against the deadliest Coronavirus;  Indian Air Force, Army & Navy pleasantly surprised everyone with their art and caliber.

On 3rd May 2020 this Sunday morning people felt the loud roaring of the IAF’s fighter jet & helicopters. As a part of the pre-planned strategy led by first-ever CDS of India, Mr. Bipin Rawat (former Army Chief) helicopters showered petals over the hospitals. Many hospitals and their staff became evident in this heart whelming task. Then at 11 AM the deadliest fighter jets shook the clouds and rocked the sky with its roaring sound while conducting flying pasts across the length and breadth of the country. In this holy approach of showing gratefulness, dozens of Sukhoi-30 MKI, MiG-29, Jaguar, and helicopters took off from various airbases including Srinagar, Leh, Assam, Banglore, Bhuj, & Ghaziabad.

At the same time when the Jets were flying in a unique formation, on the ground mesmerizing music was being played. It was an unforgettable moment witnessing the band unit from the Indian Army at the premises of hospitals in Delhi, Chandigarh, Mumbai, Goa, Banglore, Leh, Assam, Srinagar, and at many more places. They played glorious music in the rhythm of patriotic songs.

The Navy & Coast Guard also left no stone unturned to felicitate the Coronavirus warriors. Fighter ships and vessels were illuminated at more than 24 places including Porbandar, Okha, Ratnagiri, Dahanu, Murud, Goa, New Mangalore, Kavaratti, Karaikal, Chennai, Krishnapatnam, and PortBlair. That’s not all, Aircraft Carrier INS Vikramaditya formed a human chain as a gesture to express gratitude and appreciation to frontliners who are battling fearlessly with Covid-19. The light show of the Navy really left everyone awestruck.

This remarkable act of India’s Armed Forces is getting huge applause all across the country. Doctors, Scientists, Medical staff, and everyone found it quite motivating. International media was also not left untouched from this act of sympathy & unity.

However, this is not the first event of unity since the country has come under the adverse effects of the Coronavirus. Already, in India, two successful events of solidarity have performed in a highly professional way. It shows how strongly we all stand by with each other. If such kind of unwavering team spirit remains for some more time, our victory is guaranteed.
