Overconfident TikTok star challenges Corona Virus, it can’t infect a 5 times Namazi Muslim

Everyone is well aware of the coronavirus outbreak which has spread over 160 countries across the world. By far, the virus has affected around 4 lakh people globally and the global death toll has risen to at least 17,000. Thankfully, nearly 1 lakh people have recovered from the deadly outbreak.

COVID-19 has created an atmosphere of fear in the world. The World Health Organisation (WHO) has declared the novel coronavirus or COVID-19 outbreak as a ‘pandemic’.

So far, there have been more than 500 confirmed cases of the virus in India as per the health ministry.

As the world continues to fight the growing number of coronavirus-positive cases, scientists and doctors are trying their best to find a complete cure to combat the fast-spreading disease.

Meanwhile, a TikTok young boy claims that if someone performs five prayers (Namaz) throughout the day, he or she will never be infected with the virus. In the video, he says, “Agar Namazi Muslim ko Corona Virus ho jaye na, To jis thali me kutta khaye usme khaunga”.

In a video that is doing the rounds on TikTok, a young Muslim boy is seen saying that Namaz can effectively treat the dangerous Coronavirus disease. Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chief Ministers of all states are making all necessary efforts to check the spread of the COVID-19 which has spread across the globe. This TikTok boy, on the other hand, says confidently that offering salah (prayer) five times a day will prevent the spread of coronavirus.

While scientists and doctors are working day in day out to discover an effective cure for COVID-19, TikTok star gives a wrong message to his fans through a short clip. It is not time to promote any particular religion but spread awareness among people to contain the spread of COVID 19.

Offering prayer is good but at this time when the entire world is in a state of shock after the novel coronavirus pandemic impacted lakhs of people’s lives, we should avoid contact with people having cough or cold, avoid touching eyes, nose and mouth. We should frequently wash our hands with soap or sanitizer.

This TikTok guy is not the first person who says that he has no fear of COVID-19. Earlier, a video went viral on TikTok where a young Muslim boy was seen greeting his friends with a handshake. At a time when the world’s top leaders are urging their citizens to adopt ‘Namaste’ instead of the normal handshake, these TikTok stars are taking the deadly disease for granted.

India is making all necessary efforts to prevent the fast-spreading disease. Prime Minister Narendra Modi has also urged his countrymen to avoid social gatherings as part of precautionary measures to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 outbreak.

The Indian government has put a restriction on all tourist visas and all International flights have already been banned for a week from 22 March. Today, Prime Minister Narendra Modi again addressed the nation on the ongoing coronavirus outbreak. This is the second time in a week when he addressed the country. While addressing the nation, PM Modi has announced a complete lockdown across India.
