Meet Krishna Barri- He is spending money to give free education to hundreds of poor kids, let’s praise him

This is a story we have brought for you and struggling youth. No matter what difficulties and how tough time you are going through, it is just a matter of time when all your problems will be wiped off on their own. This is a real and exemplary story for you.

Isn’t it the best feeling in the world when you pull off the ropes from the jaws of defeat especially in the lottery? Playing lottery is the sure-fire way to seal the big deal when you have full luck waving towards you.

Indian-origin by the name of Krishna Barri, who lives in Florida, U.S., is not someone who buys lottery tickets. But he decided to try once and luckily, he hit the jackpot. Guess how much? It is $14.5 million (Rs 1.4 crore or Rs 145 lakhs).

Krishna bought over ten tickets on December 1st, 2018 at the Zephyrhills Publix Liquor Store in Tampa, Florida.

“I started looking at the tickets, the first ticket, second ticket, third ticket. Oh my god, that’s it! It was an amazing feeling. I called my wife. I said, ‘We got the lottery!’ and she said, ‘Wow, are you kidding me?’ I said, ‘No. That’s true’,” he added. Barri came to the US to study masters with the help of his brother-in-law 20 years ago.

Krishna Barri is educating hundreds of kids:

Due to financial constraints, children of his area are forced to drop out of school after some point of time while others beg on the streets and sell accessories to make a living. Barri who is well aware of all these worst-case scenarios made up his mind to donate some lottery money for the education of over 100 people in his native land.

“I came here to do my masters. I struggled. I did part-time jobs. I worked for a bookstore, I worked at the Sun Dome, standing in the parking lot for 12 hours working for $6.25.” he added.

“He’s not here anymore to celebrate with me, but the trust is going to be in his name,” said Barri.

Krishna Barri said he also wants to buy a house and car for his family. He has also planned to set aside money for his children’s education.
