Shaili Singh broke National U-16 & U-18 Records, let’s congratulate her

Shaili Singh has made a real case for herself as the new rising star of Indian athletics. She did the entire nation proud by setting new long records to her name in the under-16 and under-18 categories at the 35th National Junior Athletics Meet. The teenager showcased her mettle in the game and her result helped her book a berth in the 2020 World Junior Athletics Championships.

She is by far the best long jump athlete of her age in India. The young prospect has been deftly trained by Anju Bobby George, who is a great athlete and now all can understand why Shaili Singh broke records.

“Congratulate #ShailiSingh (Long Jump) for creating a new national record in both u-16 & 18 age group. She has qualified for the World Junior Athletics Championships ‘2020. She is a trainee of @anjubobbygeorg1. She is an inspiration for #FitIndiaMovement,” Fit India tweeted.
