Acting on a complaint by local lawyer Shashank Shekhar, UP police filed an FIR on Wednesday, June 19, against Dhillon under sections 124A (sedition), 153A (promoting enmity between different groups on ground of religion, etc), 500 (defamation), 505 (statements conducing to public mischief) of IPC and section 66 of IT Act.

Hard Kaur launched a scathing attack on Mohan Bhagwat, chief of the RSS in her post on June 17, and then labelled him a terrorist and racist.

The caption following a picture of Mohan Bhagwat read, “He is responsible for all terrorist attacks in India including 26/11, Pulwama Attack.

The face of all problems in India. Constitutional casteism is a crime. You were banned by Sardar Patel ji after Gandhi’s murder by Godse. You are not a Nationalist.”

In her recent post describing Ajay Singh Bisht aka Adityanath, she had alleged that he was a rapist.

People then reacted to these shocking claims in the comments section of the posts. Some called her out for the usage of explicit language whereas others called her ‘fake and attention seeking’ and then some appreciated her for her stand.
