Mark Anthony Jakosalem hailing from the Philippines has been playing Jesus Christ in stage plays for eight years till now. In fact, people of Cebu city in the Philippines also might have even seen him play the role of Jesus and lauded his onstage performance.
Interestingly, he came up with a whole new show this time around during the holy week, Easter.
In what was a disappointing turn of events for the actor, he was caught with illegal drugs on Easter Sunday. Yes, the man who plays Jesus is secretly a drug-dealer! But when he was caught during the Holy week he ended up on the receiving end. Karma is true!
Personnel from the Drug Enforcement Unit of the Abellana Police Station caught him red-handed in charge of multiple sachets of drugs. The police also notified that Jakosalem is known for selling illegal drugs in his area.
The offical who detained him said Jakosalem sells a 15 sachets of illegal drugs in a day. The suspect is now detained by the authorities who filed charges against him.
He has also confessed to selling illegal drugs earlier.
