Kid shouts “Vande Mataram, How’s the josh?” As the army soldiers pass by

Each and every individual across the nation has tremendous respect towards the Indian army soldiers as they are protecting us like a shield at the Line of Control. We have seen most of them praising the soldiers on the internet, proving to be potential keyboard warriors and prefer to keep themselves mum when they happen to stumble upon army soldiers in reality.

But this kid’s ‘josh’ was indeed high and his inspiring talk with a group of soldiers won people’s hearts. Today, this boy is the centre of attraction.

The heartwarming video is spreading like wildfire on social media praising a young boy, who in the video can be heard ‘shouting patriotic slogans’ with his friends like the iconic ‘Bharat Mata Ki Jai’, ‘Vande Mataram’, ‘Hindustan Zindabad’ as the army men pass him by on the road. The soldiers also respond to his slogans in a passionate way.

At one point, the child shouts ‘How’s The Josh?’ which is the popular dialogue from Vicky Kaushal’s film Uri: The Surgical Strike. To which the soldiers reply ‘High, Sir!’

The video of the incident was shared by Major (retired) Surendra Poonia on his Twitter handle.

His caption read, ‘In busy election campaigning trail got this from kids Bharat Mata Ki Jai..How is the Josh ?” After watching the video, my driver said, ‘Major saahab, desh ke bacchee sena ke deewane hain. Picture waale hero badalte rehte hain..fauji permanent hero hain (Major Saab, kids of this country are fans of the Army. Heroes in the movies keep changing, but soldiers are permanent heroes)’ This is the respect of citizens for Soldiers.’
