As UAE Honour PM Modi with highest Award, these people spread hatred by giving angry reactions

Prime Minister Narendra Modi hit the headlines on Thursday as he was awarded Zayed Medal, which the United Arab Emirates’ highest civilian award, as a token of appreciation for his relentless efforts to strengthen bilateral ties between the two nations.

The Zayed Medal has previously been awarded to Russian President Vladimir Putin, former US president George W Bush, former France president Nicolas Sarkozy, German Chancellor Angela Markel, Queen Elizabeth II from the United Kingdom and Chinese President Xi Jinping. It’s indeed a proud moment for India.

Shaikh Mohammed bin Zayed, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces took to Twitter to tweet that UAE President has awarded PM Narendra Modi with the Zayed Medal.

“We have historical and comprehensive strategic ties with India, reinforced by the pivotal role of my dear friend, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who gave these relations a big boost. In appreciation of his efforts, the UAE President grants him the Zayed Medal,” Shaikh Mohammed bin Zayed said in his tweet.

Recently, PM Modi was conferred with ‘Seoul Peace Prize’ for 2018 for his impressive contribution to international cooperation and stimulating global economic growth. The prestigious award was bestowed to him by the Seoul Peace Prize Foundation at a grand ceremony.

The award committee after presenting PM Modi the award, acknowledged his contribution to the growth of Indian and global economies, appreciating ‘Modinomics’ for bridging the gap of social and economic disparity between the forward and economically backward sections of the society.

As the news fanned out on social media that a Middle East country has conferred its highest civilian award ‘Zayed Medal’ upon PM Modi, most of the Indians celebrated. It was after all an honour to the nation. There may be the political difference inside the country, when it comes to the nation, we are all one after all.
