“We want justice. We want all the terrorists responsible for killing my father and his fellow-jawans punished,” his daughter, Didwmsry, told local reporters.

Assam CM Sarbananda Sonowal has condemned the incident and tweeted, “Strongly condemn the cowardly attack on #CRPF jawans in #Pulwama. Terror has no place in India and we must together fight this menace as a nation. My heart goes out to the martyrs who have sacrificed their lives today. Deepest condolences”.

In an epic achievement, Indian security forces, on Monday, successfully gunned down top Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM) commander Abdul Rasheed Ghazi aka Kamran and one more Jaish terrorist, in a fierce 12-hour-long encounter with multiple JeM terrorists in J&K’s Pulwama area.

It has been said that Ghazi was a Pakistani national and the mastermind behind the Pulwama attack. Ghazi, who was an Afghan war veteran and an IED specialist, was the one who trained the 20-year-old youth identified as Adil Dar, the terrorist from Pulwama who rammed the explosive-laden vehicle into the CRPF convoy on February 14.

Ghazi was one of the closest and most trusted right hand of Jaish-e-Mohammed chief Maulana Masood Azhar.
