Humans are the worst creatures ever to exist, this picture tells the whole story

Humans are doing everything to make the planet look from bad to worse. They have already taken the world in a wrong way barring little positives. Because of them, the planet is experiencing a massive change that can cause some serious effect in the later stages to come.

At one end, man is reaping benefits with the technology, natural resources– and at the other end- he is destroying the environment and other life forms which is truly not acceptable at all. Do we deserve to be on this planet? Surely, not!

However, there has always been a serious conflict between humans and animals. Animals are voiceless creatures and all they want is peaceful life but these humans have destroyed habitats of animals leading to extinction.

This continuous conflict between humans and animals is what Biplab Hazra has been documenting through his picture series, which is worth more than 1000 words.

Hazra won the Wildlife Photographer of the Year in the 2017 Sanctuary Wildlife Photography Awards for a picture as the caption reads, ‘Hell is here’ which shows elephants fleeing tarballs.

The picture depicts an adult elephant and a calf trying to cross railway tracks in West Bengal.

In an interview with Quartz, Hazra said, “these animals have to be saved. That’s why I take photographs…I want to be able to capture their suffering, and hopefully, things can be improved legally.”

For a long time, West Bengal served as the travelling route for the elephants and the increasing human-wildlife conflict has harmed their chances of survival.
