Arvind Kejriwal pledges to transform Delhi’s illegal colonies into London & Paris

Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal said that his government will soon transform the national capital’s illegal colonies into London and Paris according to IndiaTimes. Speaking at an event in Vikaspuri after laying sewer lines in 33 colonies, Kejriwal said in the next 2 years his government will build roads, lay sewer lines as well as install street lights in all unauthorized colonies.

The sewer lines in Vikaspuri may benefit two lakh residents in 33 unauthorized colonies. Confirming the regularization of the colonies he said: “We approved sewer, water, drains and road construction works worth Rs 3,500 crore.”
