Poor Labourer Returns Gold Earrings To The Family Who Lost Them 3 Years Ago

A Labourer proved that he is a man of integrity. After when he spotted gold earrings, he didn’t do what everyone probably imagined he would. He set an example of honesty by returning it to the owner. According to a Twitter user, Zeeshan Khattar, a Pakistani labourer who was working on a plot close to his house walked up to his home, asking if they had ever lost any gold jewellery.

The user wrote, “Today our door was knocked. My brother went out and this labour asked if we had lost something of gold ever?” After listening to the question, Khattar’s brother replied that the family lost a pair of gold earring in 2015. The labourer immediately took out the earrings from his pocket and handed it to him.

The labourer who still remains ‘anonymous’ won people’s hearts for his kind gesture. Several people on the microblogging Twitter platform wanted to reward him and asked the user to share the details of this man. To that, Khattar replied ‘Offered him money. He refused. Kept the money forcefully in his pocket but he returned it back with the same enthusiasm and said, “I’ll wait for the God’s reward.”‘
