Every statue that is deemed valuable holds a significant meaning. We all know that the World’s tallest statue is ‘Statue of Unity’ is located in India, an epic bronze sculpture measuring 600 feet (182m). It was designed and built in 33 months at a whopping cost of Rs.2,989 crore.

#1. Emperors Yan and Huang

This famous structure is located in China was built in 1987 to remember Yan and Huang. The statue is 106m tall estimated to be at 22 million USD which is around Rs 167 crores.

#2. Laykyun Sekkya Buddha

This statue was constructed in the year 2008. It is built at an altitude of 116m in Myanmar which cost 35 million USD, which is roughly around Rs 260 crores.

#3. Spring Temple Buddha

Considered as the second largest statue in the world behind ‘Statue of Unity’, Spring Temple Buddha is in China, which took roughly around 55 million USD for the overall construction. That is Rs 407 crores. 

#4. Statue of Liberty

Statue of Liberty was built in parts and it was assembled. It is 93m tall, which dates back to the 19th century. At that time, it cost around 2,50,000 USD which is fairly around Rs 2 crores. However, experts believe that this statue is worth millions of dollars in contemporary world.

#5. Great Buddha of Thailand

As the name suggests, this statue is located in Thailand, which was completed in 2008. It is 92-m tall which cost around 30 million baht for the overall construction, which is roughly around 7 crores in Indian rupees.
