AB Vajpayee admitted to hospital in critical conditions, he’s on life support machine

Supporters throng temples to offer heartfelt prayers for Atal Bihari Vajpayee’s recovery. Former Prime Minister is in critical condition right now as he is on life support machine. The 93-year-old’s health started deteriorating since Tuesday, an official statement by AIIMS on Wednesday evening.

Mr Vajpayee was admitted to the AIIMS on June 11 owing to a kidney tract infection, chest congestion and urine output on the lower side as confirmed by the hospital doctors. He was India’s 10th Prime Minister and it is sad to see him in such a serious condition.

“I have been praying to god that just once I can see him give a speech again. Our family can never ever erase that image of his from our minds. I hope he gets well soon,” Mr Vajpayee’s niece Kanti Mishra said.
