A young woman in Turkey has become the subject of incredible new memes not just in her country but all over the world as well after missing out on answering a simple General Knowledge question as the question says, ‘Where is Great Wall of China?’.
The person who is reading this article would definitely the answer and even the kids who possess little knowledge about the world would easily answer it. But this girl, identified as Su Ayhan, a 26-year-old student didn’t know the answer as she used 2 lifelines for this simple question.
She was playing the Turkish version of ‘Kaun Banega Crorepati’ called ‘Kim Milyoner Olmak İster?’ known as “Who wants to be a millionaire”, when she was asked the question in the third round.
Hailing from Istanbul, the economics graduate was easily confused by the question. She decided not to waste time as she first asked for an audience poll. But, it was a different story altogether. It was only 51 per cent of the audience were sure it was in China.
She then decided to use yet another lifeline as she called a friend and asked for some help with the right answer. “I could use my lifelines whenever I wanted,” Ayhan was quoted as saying in a Hurriyet Daily News report.
