Was Bhaiyyu ji Maharaj’s Death A Suicide Or A Planned Political Murder?- analyzing BJP-Cong fights

A spiritual Guru, who was an inspiration to top businessmen and politicians in the country, was found dead in his ashram in Indore on Tuesday. Bhaiyyu Maharaj, born as Uday Singh Deshmukh, reportedly shot himself as he was fed up with the domestic issues that were bothering him. He left a suicide note that indicated towards his battle with depression and even though the 50-year-old Guru was rushed to Bombay Hospital, Indore where he couldn’t be saved and was declared dead.

Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister, Shivraj Singh Chauhan stated that the nation did not just lose a Guru but a man who had immense knowledge of culture and was devoted towards selfless service. The CM had sparked controversy when he had appointed Bhaiyuu Maharaj and 4 other ‘sadhus’ as ministers of the state. However, Bhaiyyu Maharaj had refused to accept the position stating that a saint does not need a designation in politics.

The death of Bhaiyyu Maharaj is not just a sad event for people who followed him but also a turning point in the politics of the state. Bhaiyyu Maharaj’s refusal of accepting BJP’s offer to be the minister had ignited a spark to controversy and now Congress is seeking a CBI Probe into his death makes the water look even murkier.

There are reports of Congress demanding a CBI investigation into the death of Bhaiyyu Maharaj as he was allegedly under pressure to work for BJP. Senior leader Digvijay Singh has also openly bashed the Bhartiya Janta Party for Bhaiyyu Maharaj’s death and stated that Maharaji was worried about the illegal mining taking place under the leadership of Shivraj Singh Chauhan. The BJP also offered him a position in order to bribe him but he refused. Digvijay Singh mentioned the following during an interview for ANI news agency and stated that all of this was discussed by Bhaiyyu Maharaj himself over a phone call that the two had.

Condemning all allegations made by the Congress party, this what BJP State Spokesperson Deepak Vijayavargiya had to say about the entire issues, “The death of Bhaiyyu Maharaj is very sad. Congress has a history of playing politics over ‘dead bodies’. I request them not to take political advantage at this moment.”

Bhaiyyu Maharaj’s sudden demise and his domestic issues combined with these political issues are a clear indication of how his life was extremely stressful.

We pay our condolences to the family of the deceased and hope the real verdict is out soon!
