India gets superpower boost, gets ready to fight China & Pakistan together in case of attack

It’s no secret, that India faces challenges on both its northeastern as well as western fronts. There’s Pakistan – an unstable failed state, controlled by a rogue army that supports and promotes terrorism in Kashmir, has nuclear weapons, majority of its population is poor and illiterate, its political leadership is a corrupt and feudal, and lacks any authority, is a perpetual headache. But the recent fiasco in Doklam, showed that China can’t be trusted as well.

Xi Jinping has gained absolute power, and has become the only president to do so after Mao Zedong and Deng Xiaoping. He has abolished the limit on presidency terms and taken over roles of the General Secretary of the Communist Party of China, and Commander in Chief of the People’s Liberation Army (Chinese Army). China under him is aiming at a regional hegemony, and this is not in India’s interest.

China resists India’s bid to join the Nuclear Suppliers Group (NSG) and the United Nation Security Council (UNSC) as a permanent member. It has established anti-India governments in Nepal and Maldives, has bullied Bhutan, and taken control of Sri Lanka’s Hambantota port. Most importantly, it is supporting Pakistan by building the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC), the Gwadar port and not allowing UN to declare Maulana Masood Azhar a terrorist.

Hence, there is a very high probability of India being forced to fight a war with China & Pakistan simultaneously, and alone. PM Modi recognized this, and has decided to modernize the Army. Recently, India has ordered 1.86 Lakh Bulletproof Jackets, 72,400 Assault Rifles, 93,895 Carbines, 146 Fighter Aircrafts (110 New + 36 Rafales), 250 Howitzers, 3,200 customized Tata Safari Storme, and 5 S-400 Triumf Anti-Missile Defense Systems.

Apart from this, India is building a grand alliance and organizing war games with countries that are wary of Chinese supremacy. These are Japan, Australia, Vietnam, Taiwan, Philippines, Myanmar, Brunei, Singapore, Seychelles, etc. Recently Air Force did the successful ‘Gagan Shakti’ war exercise, in which the fighter aircrafts did a record 11,000 sorties (flights). The Youth hopes for peace, but we feel proud at India has a become a superpower, ready for a ‘2 – Front War’.
